Talking GSkill 4400 LE DDR608 2.5-3-3-6 SP32M stable: Is this Xtreme or what?

In a time where the question whether TCCD worths over TCC5 is on the table, I have to contribute with my (happy) experience with TCCD. If someone can achieve this kind of results (Superpi 32M stability) with TCC5, please step in.

My opinion about this memory: OUTSTANDING

All the following results were achieved with the system listed in the sig, 510-2 bios and memories cooled by the XP120 (the one in the bottom) and by a 80mm fan (the one in the top). For 2x512 results, the orange slots were used.

    Now... the results:

    - 2x512 DDR608 2.5-3-3-6 1T 3.0v SuperPi 32M stable (ambient temperature 23C)

DFI memory timings (from top to bottom):
    200-E-2.5-3-6-3-12-16-3-3-2-3-2336-1-E-A-0-7-2-9-F-6-256-E-16-7-D

    - 4x512 DDR572 2.5-3-3-8 2T 2.9v SuperPi 32M stable (ambient temperature 31C)

DFI memory timings (from top to bottom):
    200-D-2.5-3-8-3-16-22-3-3-2-3-2046-1-E-A-0-7-2-9-F-7-256-E-16-7-D

    - [Just for the fun] 2x512 DDR622 2.5-3-3-6 1T 3.0v SuperPi 1M stable (ambient temperature 23C)

DFI memory timings (from top to bottom):
    200-E-2.5-3-6-3-16-22-3-3-2-3-2336-1-E-A-0-7-2-9-F-6-256-E-16-7-D

Unfortunately, my mobo is not able to run at 315+ fsb with enough stability (it does not even boot with 320), and so impressive 2.5-4-3 or 2.5-4-4 results are not possible to reach
