My UTT BH-5 not boot at CAS3 and can 2-2-2-5 @ 200 MHz @ 2.6-2.8v
My UTT CH-5 can boot at CAS3 and can 2-2-2-5 @ 200 MHz but need 2.9V-3.1V.
