Removed the XP-90C and lapped it w/ 2000grit and remounted and have come out with 33-34C idle, and 43-44C prime small fft's load temp....
Running ~2805mhz 11*255mhz w/ a 4000 Claw..
Something I learned when lapping a heatsink is to use a piece of glass and wrap the sand paper around it to provide a flat surface. I constantly run water over the sandpaper, and start around 600grit and work my way up 200grit at a time. Takes alot of time, but it always improves the temps... I would use polish,but I would think that would make the surface uneven...
