Calling to all you knowledgeable guys here.

I am currently speccing up a new system based around a SD core A64. I am an avid gamer and what with BF2 coming out soon and possibly requiring 2 gig of RAM i am looking at the best way to go about this.

Numerous review sites say that running 4xDIMMS @ 2T rate kills performance.
However reading this thread at Anantech has made me think twice. There are loads of posts there by guys running 2x512 at 2T with little drop in performance at all. However is 4x512 a diff. matter? Any ideas?

The alternative to 4x512 is 2x1024 at lower timings...

What should i go for?
