    New cascade project

Ok, im starting a new cascade, this one will use all the tricks and magic i can come up with to make it perform at its best and hopefully be THE one to follow...

First of all the best evap there is needs to be used for such a project, a chilly1 evaporator. Unfourtenetly i will be using a copy of it, still its exacly the same as the original exeptfor the machinig quality.

This is a older revision is his evaporator, w/o the steel ring thats why i had to drill 5 holes in it, 4 holes are for mounting and the 5th is for the temp. probe drilled all the way near the core of the evaporator.

A supply tube has been drilled too, a CPEV will be used in this project. But it will not be mounted the standart way you guys do.

Now i have to sand blast the internals of the evaporator to increase the surface area and roughness for more capacity.
