password reset emails never arrived

Forgot to post this when it happened: back in 21/2/2019 I was having problems with an out of date password in auto-fill so I requested a password reset via email (on the forum log in form, using the correct email address registered for my account). The emails never came, then I ended up requesting again it but it never worked (no email received, not in spam). In the end I finally logged in with the correct password, but I could have been locked out of my account due to the missing reset emails. If this was a known temporary problem just ignore this post, thanks!
