cc_config is something else again

it is found in program data >Boinc

Mine looks like this:

<cc_config>
<options>

<report_results_immediately>0</report_results_immediately>

<max_file_xfers>21</max_file_xfers>

<max_file_xfers_per_project>20</max_file_xfers_per_project>
</options>
<log_flags>
</log_flags>
</cc_config>

Make sure the red bits are complete ...in fact anything within<> brackets including the brackets


Out of interest did you do the whole package including open_cl when you did the drivers? and then did you re-boot?
