I have an older SS made by gomeler that i need to get rid of... for FREE to anyone willing to drive to my house in Southern California, 92780.
Long story short I had a lot of floodback when i first used it, i had a member here take a look at it and attempt to fix it which did not pan out. It sat around and I just replaced it instead with a runmc unit.
I dont have the specs handy but here is what i remember:
Black case, still in great condition
g-freezer controller
dont remember the compressor right now
chilly1 evap
What it needs:
Flex line has been cut off and needs to be rebrazed
Rebrazing of internal piping
Cleaning
it needs a new filter/drier, captube, temp diode(the other one was melted, i believe when it was first being worked on), and insulation around the evap i think its called the donut?
etc
I know it works, the compressor is fine and i just dont have room/nor time to fiddle with it and we were about to throw it away but i thought maybe someone here would like a little project. I cannot ship the unit anywhere (dont have the funds nor the time to ship it) so you must be willing to drive to me.
