Don't think I follow you on what you're saying regarding this divergency?I contacted the person who made the drawing, and he sent me the .dwg file of his work (My appreciation for that gesture! Many thanks!) along with the printable version of it. Well, think I'll ask around and find someone to print it for me and then try to add the holes for other form factors around his design. I have trust in his design, looks precise.I don't think size 40.53mm is correct @ this XL-ATX drawing, because 40.53mm= 1.595669" (and 1.6" = 40.64mm).

Yep, as I said it up here, I plan something like that. But after it gonna do some serious checkup on holes spacing especially for E-ATX.
For E-ATX I came up with the idea to visit my friend and take some measures from 800D which supports that f.f. Maybe I could find dead E-ATX server board and compare it with the layout of 800D and use it as a template... We'll see how lucky I am in that search. Got flu since yesterday so a bit slowed down atm on my quest...
