The stock clocks of the 8150 is higher than the 1100T right? If you have an overclocked 1100T you likely don't have a big motivation to upgrade I suppose. For me, a 940BE owner, it would be a marvelous upgrade. As I'm primarily a gamer now, Intel is looking mighty attractive. As a cpu like the Core i3 2100 can beat it handily in gaming tests, AMD is in for a ride these next few years. Good gaming performance was my ONE wish with this new platform.

This hurts my brain. Hopefully we find out there is some microcode or OS patch that will magically fix things. It seems hard to believe AMD wouldn't just shrink the 1100T and add two more cores. They had to know internally what performance was like, right? They had to have time shrink the current uArch. Oh well, we will know for certain in the morning.
