I've heard the Mushkin Redline DDR3 1600 @ 7-8-7-24 can go down to 6-6-6-15 @ 1.85v @ 1600 or OC up to 2133 @ 9-10-9-20. I'm not sure which would be the better way to go for an AMD setup though.
