    Amd sempron mutate Help

    Hello everyone, first sorry for my English but I am using the google translator.

    I have a 140 and a sempron asus motherboard m5a99x, I would like to mute x2 athlon II 440. The bios recognizes my processor but when I start windows 7 freezes. Do not know if that will put him over voltage.
