A few mhz more with a little cold should be possible. My 2600k kept crashing with 5,5 in SuperPI on air (Noctua NH-D14) and could not boot to windows with multi 56x. At about 5 to 15 °C that was no problem at all. But chip gets unstable again at about 5,7 ghz. I can even boot the 57x multi ... sometimes into windows. But not 1m stable at any chance. 1,7 Volts do certainly not help.
