Thanks for your help, but I already have it at 1.87v, I'm afraid to give him to much pll (over 1,9v)

CPU PLL Overvoltage and regular CPU PLL are two different things. It won't add up to your PLL volt. Also, why did you give that much PLL volt? It has been confirmed that PLL voltages do absolutely nothing about stability. Should leave it @ auto.
