K I'll put up a list, as I did it with the Wolfdales BUT

1) I need more proof then just saying that you got 5ghz at 1.35 stable

2) What I propose :

Grab this LinX version from Zalbards thread ( as it almost correctly stresses all the cores and threads ) : linx(0.64)_10.3.0.003.zip Or use Prime95 eg with custom test 12K-12K selected.

3) In case of LinX : all ram has to be selected ( preferably over 2.8Gb, so only option is a 64Bit OS ) and it has to be at least 20 runs and still running when taking the screenshot. So select eg a 25 loops; start the test. Once you pass 20 loops, grab a screenie with everything running. For prime9 an hour of the custom test (12 -12K) is already a good indication if the CPU is stable

4) CPU-Z : CPU, Mobo and Memory tab open

5) TMonitor open ( to see all the cores loaded )
32 Bit : TMonitor_1031_32.exe
64 Bit : TMonitor_1031_64.exe

Or Task manager or sortlikes that show clearly 100% load on all the cores...

6) Realtemp open from the start of the test ( this to monitor actual running time as prime95 screenies can be easily faked ) or keep task manger open with the prime95 process time listed

7) List : CPU , Batch, Mobo & Bios version , cooling type. Additional info as CPU PLL voltage, Override enbled,... can be added

THIS BY ALL MEANS IS NOT A THREAD WHERE PERFORMANCE, GFLOPS OR OTHER THINGS MATTER. THERE'S NO MINIMUM SPEED LIMIT EITHER. IT'S INTENDED TO FIND GOOD BATCHES MORE EASILY... Also no discussion on what's to be called stable or not. If it's stable for you then it's for me... if you want max stress test use Prime 96 26.4 version and LinX with Win7 and Service pack 1

If 4.5 is ya thing let's us know, this thread doesn't need to be 5ghz plus only...
