Best CPU Block - EK Supreme HF vs Swiftech Apogee XT

Hello to all!
I am thinking to change my old cpu waterblock.
My current Water Circuit is:
CPU Block: Eleven
Pump: Swiftech mcp655
Radiator: airplex 360 XT
Reservoir: A big one! I dont remember model!


I am between:

EK Water Blocks EK-Supreme HF

1) Which is the best block?
2) If i change my current block with one of the aboves, will i see better temperatures?
