Can anyone recommend me a PSU that could handle my current rig that doesn't have cap whine? Or am i doomed?

Every high end power supply i have had (Silverstone OP850, and now this Corsair AX850) I have been able to hear cap whine.

When i enter my room i can hear it, when I'm surfing the web i can hear it when i scroll or load things, is there anything i can do?
