Nvidia confirms the GTX 580

Some one help me out here. Is this correct for most games:
4870>3870X2
5870>4870X2

Yes that is completely correct. As former a 4870x2 owner and a current 5970 owner. cayman should look like this: 6970>5970

With how badly my 5970 smoked 2x285GTXs at launch in both minimum and maximum fps I'm hoping the 6990 can do the same to 2x580 (should be a 485GTX). Even though I still like the GTX580 but the price could be lower.
