My tec Loop

Hi Guys

I'v build a WC tec loop using a Coolit Freezone. I changed the metal rad to a closed wc loop: Pump-Rad(one from CoolerMaster Aquagate duo Viva)-Hot WaterBlock-pump.

I sandwiched 2 series of 3 91.2w tec ( I changed thoses from the Freezone, they where about ~50w each)



When the loop is not pluged on my WC, the cold block get frozen:



If I plug it in the main WC loop, the cold block get an increase of temp by 3-4oC when I start the tec Loop... 29.4oC when stopped, 33.5oC when started. The Cold block even gets hotter then the hot block... D=~2-3oC

What is wrong with this loop?!?
