This thread has been interesting from a sociological standpoint. The non-native English speakers and a few Europeans apparently do no understand the Rick Roll. I think it is high time we set out to Rick Roll the rest of the world. Why keep all the fun in North America and not share?
I think you'll find rickroll stretches FAR beyond North America
