i just like the way he turned around as if to say "what are you looking at"

Yeah it is not always easy to take the perfect shot when the perfect moment shows up suddenly, as I've experienced with those ducks.
The moment is more important, you can't fake it, but you can always fix the sharpness with SW adjustments.
