sorry to hear mate, still going strong now but swapping out for some quick tests for Super Talent 2200 8-8-8-24 kits - so far looking good on cas6 clocks between 900-950mhz

i run mine for 90% of their life (4 month) between 1.9 and 2 volt with no degradation
probably your is only bad luck
