Yes. You can't stick it in the side that it fits though. Once CPU runs off the left side, one runs off the right. Because of the low power of the CPUs, you can get away with just pushing the 4 pin in the middle of the 8 pin socket. That way, each CPU gets on half of the 4 pin plug. Little bit of a tight fit because of the keying of the socket but it'll fit Or you could trim the key on the 4 pin plug, or get a 4 to 8 pin adapter if you don't want to shoehorn or modify the plug.
