new CPU-Z wont validate?

I'm not trying to claim that "I'm Holier than thou", and I don't doubt that there are some problems with the newest version of CPU-Z.
It wouldn't really be anything new, now would it?

I seriously doubt 4.8Ghz will meet that criteria on anything less than extreme cold, and certainly not on Ambient Air or Water....

By your own definition, as long as it REALLY is at 4.8GHz, regardless of stability, it is valid as you are validating the CLOCK SPEED and not the STABILITY.
