    darn, anyone has any idea? think i've turned of a service both setfsb / eleet need, because eleet doesnt want to start ( gives an error ) and when i adjust even 1 mhz with setfsb it crashes. darn :/

    fixed with the first service, dcom server process launcher was off :P , XP 32bit SP3

    omfg, turbo doesnt work, again. going to warm it up and reseat the cpu and such, hope it helps :S
