We had zero experience with these rams and were already shocked they did over 2200mhz... 2D dunno if we could have gone lower then eg 70, for 3D loosening TRFC was the only way to keep it sort of stable... System was really degrading at the end... !! BUT no burned sockets !!
Await the cookie screens Dino... cpu tweaker reveals it all (I think :p)
