Hey,

I've tried Googling this, but have not found anything on the subject of making my Phase Change unit (Prometeia Mach II GT) more silent. Even when I run the Prometeia Control Panel in VirtualBox (that program should be mandatory for Vista x64 users with USB perhepials) and set the fans to the lowest possible setting.

Would dampening on the side panels help? There's not much room for much dampening material there but I think 2mm bitumen might fit? Or I could cut out the obstructed sections and put 9mm dampening, would this help or is there something else I can do?

Also, is the isolation material I received with Duniek's mount generaly considered enough? I ask because I used it on an an Asus M3N-H/HDMI with the backside heater from Prommy Mach II and vaseline in and around socket on front and back and it mysteriously stopped working... I've since ordered new material from him.. Phenom II X3 720 BE still works fine though, weird right? But how can I insulate better? I can't get comformant spray here in Holland :B

P.S. Sorry if this kinda stuff has been asked millions of times before, I looked through all topics on the subject but I'm kind of new to Phase Change cooling so I thought I'll ask the experts.
