Ok guys after alot of reserch and stuff i've upgraded my CPU and RAM,
Cpu:Q9550 at 333 Bus, clock is stok 2.82 GHz

RAM:8gb(4x2gb) Kingston hyperx KHX8500D2T1K2/4G PC2-8500, at 5-5-5-18, still default(on 800MHz not 1066), 1.8V still, running 400Mhz 2T ATM before i change to new settings which will be around 2.2V to get 1066.

GPU: 2x HD 4850's in crossfire X

PSU: Termaltake toughpower 750W

Mobo: GB-X48-DQ6

ok so im looking at firstly getting the RAM to atleast normal 1066MHz which should be the easy part, but i was trying to get the best ratio i could, yet i was wondering if i could get to 1:1 meaby OC my CPU to closer to 3 GHz to get a 1:1 ratio as well as meaby getting the latency down from 5-5-5-18 to 5-5-5-15, some bois setting ideas becuase im not that great at the whole bios stuff yet i know quite a bit about it all.
Also since i now have 4 sticks of RAM was wondering at getting some more cooling like a RAM fan or some extra fans at the top of my case becuase the first thing i though about 4 sticks of ram runnign at 2.2V was HOT.
