    your batch number spells out

    L=Malaysia
    8= made in 2008
    47= 47th week
    C070=lot number

    I got the Q9550 EO S-spec:SLB8V,Packaged Date 6/5/09 batch#L846
    mine was made in the same place and a week b4 yours 46th week same year different lot
    and also got mine at Micro Center also there 3rd week on sale for 169.99
