Of course the review is about coolers... everyone knows how much an i7 sample is hot... so that's better to use "low" frequencies, imho. That's not an high-end liquid cooling system that can manage high vcores and frequencies. Furthermore a D0 sample @ 1,1x V is hotter than a C0 sample @ 1,3xV
