The RAM is rated for between 1.85 to 1.95 volts according to the packaging. That's the range in which I've been testing

That's the other weird thing, this board doesn't obey the SPD on the sticks at all. If I set the timings to auto, it runs the RAM at 11-11-11-27, or something like that (also not stable at 1600mhz). Which is weird because, for those of you who've seen the BIOS on this board, it displays the SPD values in a column on right right side of the settings.
