Which block are you using? What do you think about a GTZ? Should I maybe get it to replace the CoolIt block?
One other thing to note is that because of the funky TEC setup that goes on with the CoolIt products, fresh cool air makes a lot of difference for me when going for low temps. With recycled warm air I cannot get such nice temps. Fresh cool air is necessary to better cool the aluminum block (TECs are dumping all the heat to the block). If you can't cool the aluminum block the system will just progressively heat up more regardless of how hard your TECs are working on keeping the heat off.
I find that it is a fine balancing act between the ambient temps, coolant volume, fan power, and TEC power. It's not easy to tweak this and in retrospect pure water probably would have been easier though not quite as fun

. I also think that the Boreas is still a better solution than my setup but because of its size and noise it is inconvenient. You have double the TECs compared to me, and a much larger aluminum block which surely must make a difference.
