To anyone that's removed their stock heatpipe from the Asus P6T Deluxe for water cooling purposes, did you notice on the back on the heatpipe if the motherboard NB, SB and/or MOSFETs made an imprint in the thermal tape or thermal compound?

I'm curious whether proper contact is made onto the back of the heatpipe assembly. I already experienced this with the Rampage Extreme and am finding out this may be a problem with the Rampage II Extreme as well.
