msgclb: Here's a fix for the hiding cores when hyper threading is disabled.

Once again there have been a lot of changes during the last week so let me know about any problems.

Could you also post a comparison screen shot of RealTemp, CoreTemp and that Core i7 Testing utility. It works good if you run a few threads of Prime95 for a few seconds to try and get the cores at a bunch of different temperatures. That makes it easier to see what temp goes with which core.

So far the only problem that I see is the Core VID. I ran Prime95 for about 5 minutes. When I next make BIOS changes I'll disable HT.
