    Ive discovered if you lock the PCI-E @ 101 the ASUS 79-T DOSNT LIKE IT,,

    Its made to Stay @ 100 when its set @ 100! If you set 101+ it will overclock the PCI/PCI-E and other stuff . I keep it @100 and am running 3.5ghz @219htt/FSB It will Also run HTT280@ PCI-E 100

    Symtom causes problems with sound/pci slots(locks sound card) and wont boot into Windows @HTT/FSB 224/225 234/35 in my Bios ..

    So i leave pcie @100 with this thing, where on other MOBO's i would Lock it @ 101

    P.S. Yes it can be the Timing too...and/or not enuff Volts for stablity. Some Chips take little where like mine, it Goes Big.
