If you are having problems with v1.15 or v1.18, please try replacing it with this newer version. This version of the code removed some of the optimizations that were causing EUEs for WUs for larger proteins. It worked well for most people in beta testing over the weekend. It can be downloaded from http://www.stanford.edu/~friedrim/FahCore_11.exe. Thanks.
