[FIXED]Help me! DFI bios gone bad

    Hi all.

I have a DFI LT X48 TR2 and had a bad oc and then my pc kept on restarting. So I decided to clear the CMOS by pressing the reset and power buttons on the mobo as per the book. Now instead of getting the FF post code when you first start up the mobo [before loading the bios] I get 88 and nothing happens other than my pump and fans going on.

What have I done? Should I take out my CMOS battery? What can I do? Have I somehow destroyed my BIOS? Can I fix this?

    Any responses are greatly appreciated.

    EDIT:
Left battery out for 15 mins, moved JR2 and JR12 to clear, used ps2 keyboard and held insert upon starting. This worked a charm.
