230w is enough for this system. (you'll need an 8-pin plug though!)
I'm going for a 400w 80+ efficient psu. Should be at 80% efficiency at 100w load.
Just checked: psu don't have an P4 connector...
But now i got good reason to remove one molex rail and replace it with 8pin ESP connector from this:
Elfa had those connectors in stock early this year but can't find em from their website... Need to start reading the 5kg elfa 2008 catalog
