Retail E8600 Overclock, Temps, Settings Thread

They don't have e8600's there yet but they do have E0 e8400's/e8500's.

Funny thing is that it is $10 cheaper to get the ECS mobo combo deal than the retail cpu alone, but that combo deal ended today.

Fry's in Fountain Valley. They still have older C0 stock so at the checkout you have to tell them to get the smaller box with the SLB9J (e8400) or SLBJK (e8500) code. But it is easier tell them that there are 2 sizes and you want the smaller one.

Ya, I had the codes but didn't realize anyone had E0's yet. I can't justify a E8600 when E0's are available. Goin there first thing tommorrow.
