Looks promising. I'll be all over these bad boys if they can hit clocks/volts like that consistently. I can't bring myself to buy a quad core being that no program I use will ever use the extra cores. I brought my E8400 down to 3.915Ghz. I will keep it at 1.55v and see if it continues to degrade. It is 15+ hours Orthos stable.
One thing that makes me wonder is that I ran Intel Burn Test the other week. My chip went up to 77 degrees. I can't rule out wether that had something to do with the degradation that I experienced.
