It's just the dfi board + gtl settings fine tune and a good batch q6600. When the GTL settings are in AUTO I would never get results near that. So is something that many ppl hate (too complicated) but can result is lower voltages and stable system if you have the patience.
I have run my Q6600 @ 1.28vcore @ 3.6GHz and I don't even change any GTL settings. Many cause IDK what they do etc.

If anyone could plz explain or link me to a guide that does.
