G.Skill F2-8800CL5D-4GBPI anyone ?

Just picked up the 8GB kit of these for my DFI LT X48 MB (jsut arrived). I heard this memory might not be compatable with the x48 MB?

on the G.Skill site they say it's X48 compatible ((click here), and i hope so because i just ordered a pair of these (2x2gb version) ram and got a Rampage Formula. Then if it depends on the mobo brand i don't know. sometimes it happens that they are compatible on a brand mobo with a chipset and it isn't on another brand mobo with same chipset.


So guys there's no way to reach PC2-9600? anyone tried at 2,1volts? I ask because on the 8800 sticks the voltage is 1.8-1.9, the new 9600 got 2.1 voltage. maybe with this tweak it might work.
