Okay, I solved the problem. The Case Open option in BIOS was set to disabled when it should've been set to enabled, so it'd clear the message that the case sides were off on the next boot and disable the damn thing. Don't ask me what this has to do with overclocking, but it fixed the problem.
As for voltages, I'll have to look in BIOS again and write the CPU related ones down.
