Intel's Troy Winslow has recently stated that Intel's SSDs will surpass the read and write speeds of current solid-state products from the likes of Samsung. To the delight of all those wanting an SSD in their system, Winslow added that Intel's SSD offerings should see 50 per cent price drops in both 2009 and 2010.
