P5K-E BIOS 1012

1. Support new CPUs. Please refer to our website at: http://support.asus.com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx
2. Fix when using Conroe 3.0GHz CPU with FSB1333, the system cannot resume from S3.
3. Improve ATAPI CD-ROM's compatibility with EZ-Flash.
4. Fix the system is unable to enter S3 in Windows XP 64-bit OS.

I don't think I'll be upgrading, as none of the changes apply to my system.

Edit: the FTP server seems to be unaccessible without login. So thanks to sam95ta for providing a direct http link.
