Set it at max resistance.
vMEM mod wouldn't do any good as these cards have Qimonda crap GDDR3 and vDDQ = vDD. Increasing memory vDD would only make it worse.

Could you elaborate on qimonda crap GDDR3? About how high does it go with a little luck?
