Ok guys, now I need some help.
Installed each card one at a time and each card was fine! Each card installed individually registered having two cores.
Put them both back in and violla, I'm only showing 3 gpus. Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers with each hardware change.
I blew my board didn't I...
Guess its just the universe telling me to get back to my homework... I do have 2 chapters worth of dissertation due next week afterall! (what a horrible time to release new hardware)
