400MHz FSB wasn't trying no matter WHAT I did! So I tried 402MHz FSB, and BAM, booted right up. Well, it crashed but that was because my CPU was at like 1.35Vcore, so I bumped it up to 1.45Vcore and now it's in Windows! I dont know how stable it is, since I haven't stressed it, but it's a HUGE step in the right direction! I mean, I literally went from constant restarts and BSOD's at the Windows splash screen, to actually booting all the way in and typing out this response.

I'll keep you guys informed on my progress, this is very exciting news! I didn't want to have to upgrade my motherboard, lol.

So I've been running the last 2 days without a single problem at 3.66GHz (407x9) @ 1.425Vcore. Scored around 14.8k 3Dmarks on a single 8800GTX. I'm very very happy. When I go 64-bit and install the 8GB of RAM, I might have to tone down the OC alittle, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
