Use afudos 2.17 in DOS to flash to 2403.

afudos /i2403.ROM /pbnc

Use a floppy drive or a usb stick with a boot sector on it. (google)

Thanks lawrywild, but it didn't work with bios 2403 or your custom 2004. This sucks. I don't know why i can't change the vcore.
