Danger Den sent me some additional blocks to test, one of which is the IONE for the 8800GT. I don't have a GT yet myself to test thermally, so all I can do is the pressure drop testing for now. One misconception I had myself was that all full coverage waterblocks would be roughly the same on restriction, well as you can see that's not correct, this block is very low in restriction.

And all of the curves I could possibly find for video card waterblocks, some of these tests as noted were from other sources I have not tested myself yet.

I was a bit suprised to see it was actually less restrictive than my MCW-60 but it is. Anyhow, this should be a good thing for users who have multiple blocks in the same loop as this block has very minimal restriction.
More testing to processs, I'll have a few more to share..
